The text block is tight, bring and unmarked. There are a couple of brown spots on the outside edge of the title page. The page edges are stained yellow.

Bound with a Golden Paper spine with animals in a vine and paper-covered cardboard. There is about 1/2" of loss at the foot of the spine. There are a couple of bumps along the bottom edge of the front cover and the upper corner has a diagonal crease. The rear cover has a couple of names and a scribble in black ink affecting the left section of the list of books. A child's first name is written in pink crayon on the inside front cover.
